We were there in the off season so it was very quiet. The staff was always available to care for everything we needed. The included breakfast was very nicely prepared and presented in a nice little dining room. The whole place appeared to be very well maintained. The room decor was quite nice and as a finish carpenter I have to say that so many little details were perfectly executed. Often when you stay at a hotel you can tell that the construction was done with minimum care for quality but whoever was in charge of hiring the company that finished these rooms cared about the details. Nothing seemed cheap or thrown together. Good quality, actual solid wood was even used in quite a few places. We will definitely plan to return.

My husband & I stayed this past weekend. We loved every bit of it! Check in was simple & easy. The location is great & the views are amazing! It’s a beach front property but looked beautiful covered in snow! Customer service was great here, we had no issues. We asked for an iron & it(ironing board also) was brought to our room in less than 5 minutes. Each room has a small balcony area but most are facing the parking lot, so not much of a view from the room. We were able to walk down to the beach & enjoy the views from there. They offer continental breakfast which is great. Eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels, etc. are available daily from 8am -10am. This place is perfect for a romantic getaway. Book your stay now! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I had the privilege to spend the weekend there for my birthday and I mist say it was definitely what I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything I needed was easily accessible. The view was breathtaking. Im definitely making this Inn my sanctuary. I got all the peace of mind I needed.

Stayed in this property with the family and had a great time. Went to the ice castles and gunstock mountain resort to ski and snowtubing. 30 minutes away each and this property had complimentary breakfast, an outside hot tub and more. Thanks.

5 Stars! Here are the reasons why: -Great value -Great staff (friendly and helpful) -Great service -Great amenities (free continental breakfast, sauna, hot tub, fitness room) -Great location -Great view (Lake Winnipesaukee) -Clean facility (all rooms and areas were clean) Suggestion for the Management: Slippers. I personally don't trust the carpet, so a simple pair of slipper would elevate the experience
